Q:  What is CrossFit?

A:  CrossFit is a program, which by design, delivers a fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing.  CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations team, military special operations units, champion martial artists, elite and professional athletes worldwide, and for anyone and everyone looking to get into shape.

 

Q:  Can anyone do it?

A:  Yes!  CrossFit is designed for universal scalability making it perfect for anyone and everyone.  Anyone can do it from an elite Olympic athlete to your grandparents who haven’t been to the gym in years.

 

Q:  How do I join or attend a class?

A:  There are a few ways you can go about trying a CrossFit class.  First, CrossFit Alpha Pack will allow any individual to come try a class up to two times a year FREE of charge. If you like the class and you do not know if you are ready to invest in a full membership or you believe you will only attend irregularly, you may purchase a 10 visit punch card at the Portsmouth LIFE Center for $75.00 or purchase a one day pass for $10.   The punch card or the day pass will allow you to participate in the class and any other classes or LIFE Center offerings or facility use to include showers for the day.  If you’re already a member to the LIFE Center you may pay the annual “Pack” Fee.  This is a once a year fee and it includes free gear.
