– For time

50 toes to bar

2 sled push

50 DB thrusters 50/35

2 sled push

50 ghd situps

2 sled push

50 handstand pushups

2 sled push

100 jumping split lunges (total)

2 sled push

100 hand release pushups

*One person works at a time.  Split the work however you want
